With us you always shop at extra low prices. The prices in our webshop are always shown including VAT. We have chosen to show the recommended retail price so that you as a customer can see how much you save by shopping with us. The products that we sell below recommended retail prices have a crossed out recommended price.

In cooperation with Walley, we offer payment with Walley Checkout. Walley Checkout brings together all the important payment methods in one and the same solution – choose between Swish (Sweden), Vipps (Norway), direct bank and card payment, invoice or partial payment (payment options may vary over time). You decide which payment method you want to use at checkout, before you confirm the purchase.

Invoice or partial payment means that you receive the goods before you pay. You can then choose to either pay the entire amount at once or split it into smaller payments. Due dates may differ and appear on the invoice or installment notice sent to you. Delivery methods and any additional fees are shown at checkout before you confirm the purchase. A minor credit check is carried out, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. In the event of delayed or non-existent payment, a late fee and late payment interest will be charged.

At my.walley.se you can see and pay all your invoices from Walley.

Information about your payment is sent in a separate email from Walley. You can already log in to MyWalley or download the Walley app on the App Store or Google Play. With the Walley app, you can quickly and easily pay, pause an invoice if you want to return or extend the payment period. If you activate notifications in the app, you will also be reminded when it is time to pay.

All orders are placed via our webshop. We do not accept orders made via email, fax or other methods unless otherwise agreed. We report to the police orders that are made in another person’s name without their consent or that otherwise cause StylingAgenten financial or other damage.

Delivery times
Our goal is to deliver ordered goods to you as quickly as possible. Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days to Sweden and 3-5 days to other coutries after your order is placed. If you place your order before 1 p.m. your order will be processed the same day!

During major sales periods such as Black Friday and the Midday Sale, there is always high pressure and we do everything to ensure that you receive your package within 1-3 business days after placing the order. However, these big shopping days can contribute to delays with both us and our shipping distributors.

All deliveries are made with a forwarder chosen by us. We currently ship with different forwarders depending on whether your shipment can be sent as a letter or as a package. Packages are sent with Schenker, Bring, Posti, PostNord or Earlybird dependig on what country you order from. Select your country on stylingagenten.com to see the specific carriers used for your order.  We charge a fee of SEK 49 for unclaimed packages.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes. You must enter your home address – so you cannot enter an agent’s address. For questions about our deliveries, you are welcome to email us at [email protected]

Shipping cost
Shipping costs is different for each country. This cost is specified before you make your payment. Select your country on stylingagenten.com to see the specific cost applied for your order.

Gift cards/discount codes
If you have a gift card code or discount code that you want to use for your order, it only works to use one code per purchase.

Returns and refunds
As a private person, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days. If you regret a purchase, you must return the item to us unused and in unbroken packaging. Always contact customer service first at [email protected] before returning your order. Reimbursement only takes place when the item has been received by us. You are responsible for the shipping costs yourself. If the fault lies with us, we are responsible for the shipping costs.

Complaints & Warranty
If a product turns out to be defective or incorrect, the product can be returned. When the item has been returned to the StylingAgent, the total amount including shipping and shipping costs is refunded. In the event of a complaint about incorrect/defective goods, you as a customer must be completely free of charge. Complaints to StylingAgenten must be made within a reasonable time after the customer receives the order.

Only original faults are covered by the right of complaint. The right to complain includes e.g. not faults caused by normal wear and tear. Shipping costs for the return are compensated by StylingAgenten upon presentation of a receipt. Please include the shipping receipt or a copy. In the event of an approved complaint/cancellation of purchase, we will refund the amount for your order within 30 days.

Please note that we do not have a “satisfied customer guarantee”. This means that we do not accept returns/complaints of products that you have used but which do not meet your expectations.

We advise all our customers to send trackable packages for customer safety. The product is in the customer’s possession until we receive the return.

Transport damage
StylingAgenten is responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during delivery to you. Complaints about transport damage must be made within a reasonable time to the StylingAgent. When receiving the shipment, it is therefore important to check that the package has not been damaged in transit.

In the event of a dispute where the buyer is a private person, it is our policy to always follow the General Complaints Board’s recommendations.

We reserve the right for printing errors in information & prices, as well as errors in the specification of all goods in our range. All pictures and information on our website should be seen as illustrations. We also cannot guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the item.

Personal data policy
StylingAgenten always protects your personal integrity and strives to always protect your personal data in the best possible way. By accepting the policy on the Website in connection with a purchase or providing information, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with below.

We never give out addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses or other personal data about our customers to third parties for marketing purposes, statistical processing or the like. We treat your data confidentially regardless of whether you have specifically requested this or not. We use the information only to be able to handle customers’ orders and to be able to offer relevant marketing.

We will process the personal data that you provide or have provided to us or that we have collected on StylingAgenten through cookies in order to administer your purchases and fulfill our commitments to you as a customer. The cookies that we save with us are not used for re-marketing, i.e. as marketing to you outside of our own website. The personal data that StylingAgenten processes are your name, e-mail address, order history, delivery address, IP address and telephone number. As well as via our payment provider Walley, social security number & payment and credit card number.

How long are my personal data saved?
If you have agreed to be a registered customer/member of StylingAgenten, your data will be saved until you unregister. You can unregister as a customer at any time. If you do not register as a customer/member, your data will be saved as long as it is necessary based on legal requirements or to fulfill StylingAgenten´s or StylingAgenten´s partners’ commitments towards you, e.g. to fulfill delivery or warranty obligations.

Regardless, your data will never be saved longer than what is permitted according to current personal data legislation, GDPR.

How do we protect your personal data?
To keep the personal data we process in safe custody, we have taken several security measures. An important measure is that the StylingAgent uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which is a protocol for the secure transmission of data via the Internet (or other networks). You as a customer need to check that SSL is not turned off in the browser settings. In order to prevent unauthorized access when processing your debit or credit card number, one-way encryption is also used.

End membership
You can terminate your membership with StylingAgenten at any time. This will mean that your previous order history is no longer available to you. Any bonus points that were available to you prior to account termination will then disappear and become unavailable. You will not be able to recreate your account and receive the bonus points again.

When your membership is terminated, StylingAgenten will automatically delete or anonymize all your personal data. After that, we will not store any data that can be linked to you personally.
