Right of returns
If you regret your purchase, you have the right to return your products within 14 days from the day after the package was delivered or collected from an agent. In case of regret, you as the customer are responsible for the return cost. We offer the option of buying a prepaid return slip for SEK 49, which we deduct from the refund after the return has been handled. We only accept returns based on the following conditions:
– The product must be unopened and unused.
– The product must be in its original packaging and this must be unbroken.
If you wish to return yourself, we always recommend sending trackable as the customer is responsible for the return until the return is received. Our return address is:

Complaint conditions for damaged, incorrect and non-functioning products
If you find the products in your order damaged, incorrect or not working as they should, you are welcome to contact us directly by emailing us at [email protected]. We recommend sending pictures or videos to substantiate your complaint.
In the event of a complaint, you have the right to return your products within 14 days from the day after the package was delivered or collected from an agent. You have the right to a new product or a refund. The right to complain also includes the possibility to complain about products where production defects are discovered for up to 2 years after the purchase was made.
In case of complaints where the product is damaged, faulty or not working, you will not be charged any return costs but will receive a free return slip.
Return an order
Contact us by email to [email protected], and explain the reason for the return. If it concerns a cancellation matter, you get the option to choose whether you wish to buy a return slip for SEK 49 or if you choose to return yourself.
Pack the product with packaging and submit the return to the nearest agent.
Cancel an order
You can cancel an order within 24 hours provided your order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse.
If your order has already been shipped, please refer to the return process above that matches your reason for return.
If at least 2 days have passed since the expected delivery date, contact our customer service by email at [email protected] and let us investigate for up to 5 days where your package is with carriers. If we have not found your package after investigating your case for 5 days, your package is classified as lost and you are entitled to a full refund or a new package depending on what you wish.
The return process
Refunds are made after the package has been returned to our warehouse and inspected by our customer service team. Once the assessment has been made, we will contact you. In the case of a refund, the refund takes 5-10 working days before the money appears on the account or the invoice is cancelled. Refunds are always made in the same way as the payment was made.
